Located west of Garfield Hall, 温盖特 inlcudes both traditional dormitory suites designed for first-year students and modern apartments catering to second-year and above students.

温盖特的 dormatory suites house 148 first-year students and feature lofted twin beds and study rooms for four residents. 社区 bathrooms are located along the hallway on each floor.

温盖特 apartments house 140 second-year and above students and consist of four single-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes furnished living areas with 42" TVs, 小型厨房, separated shower and toilet/vanity areas. Bedrooms are furnished with carpet and movable furniture including a full XL bed, 桌子上, 椅子, and under-bed storage.

Additional amenities in 温盖特 include study lounges, community kitchens and free laundry rooms, with a student-staffed front 桌子上 provided for security and convenience.
